At SMM 11Marketer, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow a strict refund policy for all SMM (Social Media Marketing) orders.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered at all.

  • The service was delivered incorrectly (e.g., wrong link, platform, or quantity).

  • The order failed due to a system error on our end.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If you submitted incorrect or incomplete order information.

  • If the order is in progress, completed, or partially delivered.

  • If the service was affected due to changes in the social media platform (algorithm updates, policy changes, etc.).

  • For delays that occur due to high server load or platform-related issues.

Adding Funds

Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable. You can use the balance for any available services on the platform.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from using our services. Please reach out to our support team if you experience any issues.
