Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered at all.
The service was delivered incorrectly (e.g., wrong link, platform, or quantity).
The order failed due to a system error on our end.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
If you submitted incorrect or incomplete order information.
If the order is in progress, completed, or partially delivered.
If the service was affected due to changes in the social media platform (algorithm updates, policy changes, etc.).
For delays that occur due to high server load or platform-related issues.
Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable. You can use the balance for any available services on the platform.
Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from using our services. Please reach out to our support team if you experience any issues.
